Lochely Printing Service LLC is an independent service company specializing in screen printing equipment maintenance and repair. With experience working with and on M&R printing equipment we hope to bring that knowledge to others and ensure their machines are running in top performance.

Explore what we offer
On-site diagnostics and repair for M&R presses and dryers. Will include troubleshooting for faults, alarms, and performance issues and repair or replacement of faulty components when possible.
Annual PM to keep your equipment running clean, accurate, and reliable. Includes greasing, draining, and oiling, and general condition inspection.
Press : includes pallet leveling and off-contact placement, and a light cleaning.
Dryer: includes disassembly (if new belt and gaskets are available for replacement), vacuuming, and replacement of gaskets.
Install/reinstall support for M&R presses and dryers. (moves, shop changes)
Press: Position, level, assemble, pallet level, off-contact, bearing registration, anchoring machine and safety equipment, verify electrical and air requirements.
Dryer: Position, level, assemble, run/align/tension belts and conveyor, verify electrical and gas pressures.
Pricing
Labor
$130
Standard on-site technical labor for installation, maintenance, and repair of screen printing equipment. labor is billed in one-hour increments from arrival on site until completion of work. A minimum of one (1) hour applies.
Travel Time
$85
Travel is billed for time spent traveling to and from the service location.
Per diem
$65/ day
Per diem covers daily meal and incidental expenses incurred during overnight or extended travel required for service. Per diem is billed per calendar day while on assignment.
Mileage
$0.70
Mileage is billed for the use of a personal or service vehicle and is calculated per mile to and from the service location based on the prevailing IRS Standard Mileage Rate, adjusted to reflect current fuel, maintenance, insurance, and vehicle operating costs.
